Burner & boiler Sequence Control for optimal pump activation, pressure control, and process visualization.
For a heating plant, we have created the burner control including boiler sequence control. The process visualization enables managing all parameters and fault messages.
For a car manufacturer, we have automated a complete spring box - i.e. Pump activation with pressure control, filter backwashing and process visualization.
Mixing process control and explosion protection in plant engineering

The mixing process can be controlled via the process visualization and the mixing parameters, the recipes and fault messages can be managed in a database.

Control of the ventilation center in plant engineering
For a new production hall at a car manufacturer we have created a complete control of the ventilation center.
The control uses a S7-300 with Profibus-DP
Control for foaming machines with press control and molding presses in plant construction.
For the production of PU moldings, such as bumpers, dashboards, side skirts, etc., the PU foam is mixed from two components and various admixtures under very high pressure in the corresponding molds.
We have already equipped several foaming machines with state-of-the-art control technology for different customers. The press control of the molding presses is included.
The foaming process is controllable with the process visualization. The foam parameters, recipes, and fault messages are managed in a central database.
In the office, you can evaluate and document manufacturing and quality parameters for each batch.
